Rabias y penas son sentimientos básicos, parte de nuestro lenguaje emocional.
Si bien cada persona tiene su propia historia de rabias y penas, así como la forma propia de relacionarse con ellas, no es fácil que alguien nos enseñe a interpretarlas de forma adecuada.
El objetivo de este curso-taller es ayudar a aceptar, manejar y descubrir qué área de nuestro mundo interior está siendo afectado por estos sentimientos. En él se analizarán estas dos situaciones de conflicto y se buscarán las formas de cómo solucionarlas para mejorar la relación con los demás.
